BWP Football Academy announces Spring Pre-ECNL & ECNL RL Talent ID Centers to be held at CBA

Albany, NY – BWP FA Spring Talent ID Centers for younger players who may join the Pre-ECNL or ECNL Regional League (RL) Pathway. These sessions are being held at Christian Brothers Academy. BWP Football Academy

What the announcement is about

• Program: Spring Pre-ECNL & ECNL RL Talent ID Centers
• Birth years invited: 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 Boys
• Purpose: Identify and evaluate players who could join BWP Football Academy and Pre-Academy teams for upcoming seasons.
• Location: Christian Brothers Academy (CBA), Albany
• Format: Multiple training/evaluation sessions run by academy coaches.
• Cost: about $95 for 4 sessions

What “Pre-ECNL” and “ECNL RL” mean

• Pre-ECNL:
  • Development teams for younger players (U10–U12).
  • Designed to prepare players for higher-level leagues later.
• ECNL Regional League (RL):
  • Development teams for developing players (U13 & U14).
  • The regional youth league under Elite Clubs National League (ECNL).

What to expect?

• Opportunity to train within the BWP Football Academy
• Be identified to attend formal BWP FA team trials in June 2026
• Meet and train with BWP FA Technical Staff – sessions to be led by Academy Director Steve Freeman
