The BWP FA Girls Pathway has been designed to give players access to high-level coaching, age-appropriate development, and a long-term progression model that prioritizes technical excellence, confidence, creativity, and a love for the game. The Academy recently expanded its girls programming with the launch of the Girls Pre-Academy, creating more opportunities for players at younger ages to begin their journey within the BWP FA environment.

Girls Pre-Academy
U10s, U11s & U12s
The Girls Pre-Academy serves as the entry point into the BWP Football Academy pathway.
Players train in a challenging and supportive environment focused on:

- Individual player growth
The program is designed to prepare players for future Academy opportunities while helping them develop strong habits and a genuine passion for the game. The program includes three training sessions per week with an emphasis on long-term player development.

U15/16s and Future Expansion
