The BWP Football Academy has announced that F.J. Zwicklbauer will join the club as BWP FA Technical Staff Coach – (May 16th, 2024)
F.J. brings 20 years of playing experience, from his time at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst to his USISL Captainship.
Along with his playing experience, F.J. also brings 20-plus years of coaching experience. With his USSF B License and 4 championships, his knowledge from the professional, to the college game, and even down to the high school game is unmatched.
Working with both boys and girls at all levels, F.J. brings a wealth of experience on and off the field.
The Zwicklbauer name has been synonymous with soccer in the Capital District and Guilderland since the 1950s. His grandfather managed the Albany Athletic Club one of the area’s first organized teams that traveled and played throughout NY. His father was co-founder of the Guilderland Soccer Club and a founder of CDYSL.
The club welcomes F.J. and looks forward to a fantastic partnership.
